RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

It can be hard to get swimwear sizing right without trying it on first.  Keeping this in mind, we will happily exchange your swimwear for another size or style, if it is returned in its original state, unworn, unwashed and with hygiene sticker still in place.

 

Please note that all exchange enquiries must be made within 14 days of you receiving the items. We will not accept any exchange requests outside of 14 days timeframe.

The swimwear must be in its original packaging with hygiene stickers and original hang tags still attached. The returned goods will go through a quality review, assessed and either repaired or replaced. 

 

Please send your items using registered mail (with tracking number). We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you cannot provide a proof of shipping and tracking. 

 

Important: We do not offer refunds. All postage and handling fees are non-refundable. We will not be able to refund any import duty or taxes paid on products.

SHIPPING

 

All domestic and international items will be sent via registered post + signature.

  • Europe: Standard shipping with tracking + signature (generally 3-14 business days). Flat rate of €30

  • Australia: Standard shipping with tracking + signature (generally 7-21 business days). Flat rate of €30

  • North America: Standard shipping with tracking + signature (generally 7-21 business days). Flat rate of €30

  • South America: Standard shipping with tracking + signature (generally 7-21 business days). Flat rate of €30

  • Rest of the World: Standard shipping with tracking + signature (generally 7-28 business days). Flat rate of €30

 

Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched within 1-3 business days starting from the following business day. Once your item has been collected by a courier it becomes their responsibility and actual shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.

TAXES & DUTIES

 

All international orders may be subject to local import taxes and duties. The limits for duty-free orders are determined by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

Miss Cosmopolita reserves the right to deduct any return expenses incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
